About the role

What You'll Do

  • Help with check-in and check-out.
  • Assist agents in complex situations.
  • Assist agent with most of the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests, provide information on hotel services, schedules, available amenities, etc.).
  • Collaborate with other departments.

What You'll Bring

  • Study in Hospitality program, or similar program is an asset
  • Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude
