Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for contractors with payment issues, service issues, and system support
  • Perform system maintenance and set ups for servicers
  • Level 1 escalation handling and problem resolution from warrantors and other system users
  • Enter estimates and invoices into LimeTac for financial transactions
  • Monitor the coordination and administration of The Brick external service network (appliance and furniture)
  • Handle customer escalations as they pertain to the Brick external servicer network
  • Act as a liaison between stores, warranty and contractors

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset but not a requirement
  • Previous experience in a call center environment required
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service to both our internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • Proficient PC and keyboarding skills (Word, Excel, Outlook/Webmail)
  • Proficient in LimeTac
