Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for contractors with payment issues, service issues, and system support
- Perform system maintenance and set ups for servicers
- Level 1 escalation handling and problem resolution from warrantors and other system users
- Enter estimates and invoices into LimeTac for financial transactions
- Monitor the coordination and administration of The Brick external service network (appliance and furniture)
- Handle customer escalations as they pertain to the Brick external servicer network
- Act as a liaison between stores, warranty and contractors
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset but not a requirement
- Previous experience in a call center environment required
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service to both our internal and external customers
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Proficient PC and keyboarding skills (Word, Excel, Outlook/Webmail)
- Proficient in LimeTac
