Job Description: Our member is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join a dynamic construction and service-focused team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and representing our brand across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, development, and restoration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, site visits, referrals, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, homeowners, architects, adjusters, and industry professionals.
• Conduct in-person presentations to promote services and close new contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and estimators to prepare proposals and tailored solutions.
• Contribute ideas and feedback for social media posts and website updates to help drive visibility and engagement.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in construction, contracting, or related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide creative input on marketing initiatives (social content, website updates).
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the GTA.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth.
