  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Support CBWMC’s registered Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs) in executing their RCM accountabilities, ensuring consistent practices and standards across CBWMC’s various businesses. Partner closely with EWC, Compliance & EAML Examinations (CEEP), other CGRA teams, and other key stakeholders to proactively assess the adequacy of CBWMC’s RCM activities and implement best practices. Manage CBWMC’s Change Initiative Risk Assessment (CIRA) process, ensuring engagement of CBWMC team members. Representing CBWMC on certain CIRA committees.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives – Lead CBWMC’s support of regulatory initiatives impacting multiple pillars of CBWMC, representing CBWMC on project working groups and collaborating with relevant team members. Assist the VP, Compliance and registered CCOs with periodic reporting to senior management, ensuring consistent cross-CBWMC standards and messaging and identifying potential cross-pillar risks.
  • Oversee Continuous Improvement Initiatives – Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in CBWMC’s RCM, reporting and monitoring activities. Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting CBWMC, and implement resulting RCM enhancements.
