We're looking for a Parts Technician who is customer-focused, enjoys problem-solving, and stays organized in a fast-paced, environment. You communicate clearly with customers and teammates, manage walk-ins, calls, and paperwork, and take ownership by following through and anticipating customer needs.

About the Role

As a Parts Technician, you help customers and technicians identify and receive the right parts, provide accurate information, and proactively recommend add-on solutions to keep equipment running. As part of the team, you order, receive, and stock parts, complete accurate computer entries and paperwork, and support inventory and merchandising standards by keeping the warehouse and showroom clean and organized.

For you to be considered for an interview you have the following qualifications:

  • Parts and machinery knowledge. John Deere agriculture a very strong asset.
  • Experience with John Deere computer applications
  • 1 - 2 years experience at an agriculture dealership with previous parts sales experience a strong asset
  • A valid driver's license
  • Willing to live within 50 kms of the location.

  • Enjoy talking with people and developing relationships with your team and customers.
  • Thrive on exceeding expectations, including working extended hours and some weekends
  • Like the challenge of problem solving with a mind for numbers.
  • Are proud of the high-quality work you do with little to no errors.
  • Physically capable to carry items weighing up to 50 lbs, lift, bend, crouch, and climb.
  • Able to multi-task and take on a variety of responsibilities easily
  • A strong communicator both verbally and in writing with individuals and groups
  • Understand agriculture and the challenges facing growers.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
