Join Our Team as a Service Production Manager at Colonial Honda!
As a Service Production Manager with Colonial Honda, you will lead the daily workflow of our service department. In this key role, you’ll ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently, accurately, and delivered on time, while keeping communication flowing between technicians, service advisors, and the parts team. You’ll play a vital part in helping us achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction by making sure every vehicle is fixed right the first time and delivered as promised.
Compensation aligned with experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Service Manager with implementing dealership policies, procedures, and goals
- Help deliver a transparent, solution-focused customer experience that builds long-term loyalty
- Collaborate with Service Advisors, CCC, and technicians to ensure accurate, timely communication
- Assist with supervising daily operations including workflow, dispatch, and follow-up
- Verify repair orders, estimates, and warranty claims for accuracy and compliance
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and updates professionally across phone, email, and in person
- Support training and mentoring for new and existing team members
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met in service bays and shop areas
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts, OEM policies, and warranty procedures
- Step in to support Service Advisors during absences or peak periods
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, claims, and departmental reporting

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy service environment
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in automotive service, warranty administration, or dealership operations is an asset
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software (training provided)
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
