We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations & Shopify Coordinator to take ownership of our product catalog. This is an execution-heavy role focused on getting products live, keeping data accurate, and ensuring our websites stay up to date. Principle Responsibilities

• Product Launches: Upload new products (SKUs, variants, pricing, and descriptions) to Shopify.
• Data Management: Take raw info from supplier spreadsheets or PDFs and "clean" it into clear, consistent Shopify listings.
• Site Maintenance: Update pricing, swap out images, and upload spec sheets/manuals as needed.
• Quality Control: Audit live pages for broken links, typos, or missing tags to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Team Support: Help Marketing and Sales by quickly updating collections, adding promotional banners, or getting new items online for quotes.

What We’re Looking For

• Shopify Experience: You’re comfortable navigating the Shopify backend (collections, tags, and product pages).

• Spreadsheet Skills: You know your way around Excel/Google Sheets and can handle bulk uploads via CSV.

• High Attention to Detail: You’ll spot a typo or a broken image before the customer does.

• Process-Driven: You enjoy following (and improving) SOPs to keep things organized.

• Execution-Focused: You like crossing tasks off a list and managing a high volume of uploads without losing quality.
