Role Description The Registered Massage Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. In this position, the therapist provides customized therapeutic massage services, including specialized heated sand experiences, to support guests in stress relief and nervous system restoration. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client intake assessments, designing treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and possible four-hand sessions, and maintaining a calm, professional atmosphere in the treatment space. The therapist documents client progress, collaborates with team members to refine service offerings, and upholds high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest care. This role also involves offering thoughtful guidance on aftercare and wellness practices that reinforce the benefits of each session.

Qualifications

Strong therapeutic skills in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, with the ability to tailor treatments to individual needs. Experience or training in Myofascial Release Therapy or Lymphatic Drainage and related modalities that support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. Proficiency in Customer Service, including clear communication, active listening, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Knowledge of Stress Management techniques to help clients integrate session benefits into daily life. Valid registration or license as a Massage Therapist in Quebec, in good standing. Commitment to professional ethics, client confidentiality, and trauma-informed, non-judgmental care. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed for client scheduling. Comfort working in an intimate, high-touch wellness setting and collaborating within a small, specialized team.
