What You?ll Do:

• Manage Accounts Payable data entry and processing, ensuring accurate coding and verification of all receipts and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and post general ledger journal entries, including accruals, recurring monthly entries, and adjustments.
• Perform bank, credit card, and other general ledger account reconciliations.
• Assist with period-end and month-end close processes, reporting, and financial administrative tasks.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support other accounting-related requests and duties as assigned.
• Liaise with company managers, vendors, and the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and support day-to-day financial operations.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Who You Are

• General understanding of accounting principles and processes
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and oral communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
