About the role
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, this role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in commercial services and a passion for driving revenue growth.
You will play a key role in expanding our commercial portfolio, primarily focused on window cleaning and integrated facility services, while building long-term relationships with property managers, building owners, and commercial clients.
North York, Ontario | Full-Time | $85,000–$90,000 + Commission
What You’ll Do Develop and execute sales strategies to grow commercial accounts Identify and secure new business opportunities across office buildings, retail, and industrial sectors Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and prepare customized proposals Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities for growth
What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of sales experience in commercial and Industrial services required Background in window cleaning, janitorial, or property maintenance is an asset Proven ability to close medium-to-large commercial contracts Experience working with property and facility managers Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite is an asset Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
