About This Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to assist with customer order follow-up, internal coordination, data management, and customer service support. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and eager to grow. Responsibilities will evolve based on the selected candidate’s strengths and capabilities
Responsibilities:
- Track and follow up on customer orders, including shipment status and delivery confirmation
- Communicate order updates and resolve issues with customers, vendors, and internal teams via email, Microsoft Teams, or phone
- Perform accurate data entry of customer orders, delivery and tracking details and maintain order/customer records
- Provide timely support to customers regarding order status and general inquiries
- Assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional manner
- Complete basic reporting and data analysis
- Other administrative or customer service duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar administrative, clerical, or customer service role within an office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
