Be part of something extraordinary. QinetiQ Target Systems Canada (QTSC) is seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Production Operator to support the manufacturing, repair, and testing of uncrewed vehicle systems and support equipment. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products used in defence and training operations worldwide.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to build instructions, drawings, and quality standards
- Conduct acceptance testing under the supervision of a Technologist
- Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the production process
- Operate machinery and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support engineering teams with documentation, test procedures, and draft reviews
- Assist with incoming inspections in support of ISO 9001 Quality Management
- Train new Production Operators as needed
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements
- Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve

📘 Education & Experience Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
- Reliable and committed to upholding QinetiQ’s values and safety standards
Preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Background in mechanical or technical fields
