About The Role The Associate, Client & Assessment Services, is a member of HSO’s Client & Assessment Services team, reporting to the Client Engagement Lead, Long-Term Care. This team delivers high-impact assessment programs for long-term care, health and social service organizations, powered by HSO, and customized to local needs.
You will play a key administrative and support role, managing critical timelines, organizing data, and ensuring smooth coordination of our operations. With strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, you will contribute to process improvements and help keep complex workflows running efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing client support, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site surveys, including scheduling.
- Edit, format and quality check reports and documents.
- Manage and update client contact information.
- Maintain the internal CRM database for efficient access to information.
- Support the delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including tracking renewal cycles.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up reports.
- Offer clients end-user support and guidance for using and accessing HSO’s digital platforms and applications.
Must Have Qualifications
- College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field, with equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of progressive and varied experience in client services preferably in healthcare or social services.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint) and Smartsheet.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with Canadian healthcare accreditation programs and processes.
- Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system, particularly the Long-Term Care sector.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools.
- Bilingual in English and French.
