What You’ll Do:

Leverage vAuto and PBS to track performance, streamline operations, and uncover opportunities

Work hand-in-hand with finance, service, and marketing to deliver a seamless dealership experience

What You Bring:
You are a motivator, strategist, and Volkswagen enthusiast who knows how to lead a team and keep customers coming back.

Proven track record of success in automotive sales management, including new and pre-owned

Experience working with premium brands or luxury clientele is a definite plus

Skilled in vAuto and PBS—or ready to become a power user

Strong knowledge of digital retailing, online merchandising, and marketing trends

A true passion for vehicles and a deep appreciation for the Volkswagen brand

Analytical mindset—you love turning data into decisions

Willingness to travel for training and professional development

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
