About the role

Emerging Educators Program

This program is an 8-week paid opportunity where you'll work along side experienced educators to apply your education training, build classroom confidence while gaining valuable work experience, allow you to explore your passion for early childhood education and grow in a supportive, values-driven workplace.

During this placement, we will offer orientation and training, progressive responsibility, weekly mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Support learning and play
  • Build caring connections
  • Assist teachers in planning and facilitating activities
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to provide tools to support each child's learning journey
  • Shadow experienced educators across diverse learning environments, including Learning Beyond the Classroom visits, while supporting families with coaching tools to strengthen children's learning
