About the role

Job Overview Ayre & Oxford Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations across a diverse property portfolio and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly financial reporting and year-end processes
  • Oversee accounts receivable, deposits, arrears, and collections
  • Perform bank reconciliations and cash management
  • Administer property accounting in Yardi, including property setup and transitions
  • Coordinate tenant accounting, leases, move-outs, and adjustments
  • Handle corporate accounting functions, including payables, payroll, and GST remittances
  • Manage management fee processing and reserve fund transactions
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
  • Support financial controls, reporting accuracy, and process improvements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Supervisory/Leadership Experience an asset
  • Strong accounting background with experience in property management or real estate
  • Proficiency in Yardi (preferred) and financial systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $66,000.00 per year
