Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable and driven HVAC Install Apprentice with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team! If you’ve already started building your skills in the field and are looking to take the next step in your HVAC career, this full-time role offers hands-on training, overtime opportunities, and a clear path for advancement. Key Responsibilities
Assist with HVAC system installations, including ductwork and equipment setup Load and operate basic HVAC tools and materials Support senior installers with layout, measurements, and connections Ensure on site cleanliness and organization Follow safety protocols and company installation standards Requirements: Strong physical ability (lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight/hot/cold spaces) Willingness to climb, kneel, crawl, and work in attics or rooftops Basic mechanical skills and use of hand/power tools Excellent communication and time management Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred Benefits Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. Work Environment
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
Pay Range
