About the role

Organic Content Lead

Remote (U.S. required) | Full-time | $96K-$144K/year

XSUIT is hiring one person to own organic content for the entire brand: strategy, production, creators, and distribution. You'll have a lot of autonomy and you'll work directly with the founder. If you're looking for a standard social media manager job, this isn't it.

About XSUIT XSUIT isn't trying to become another clothing brand. We're building one of the most innovative apparel companies on the internet, and we believe the next generation of great brands will be built through content, not commercials. And the product gives you a lot to work with. Our suits have stretch engineered into every layer, nanotech fabric that repels spilled drinks, laser-cut construction, and none of the lining or shoulder pads that make traditional suits feel like armor. You can wear one straight off a plane and into a pitch. We call the category functional luxury, and it's exactly the kind of product that gets stress-tested, spilled on, and shown off on camera. We're looking for someone who wakes up thinking about why people stop scrolling.

The Mission Build an organic content engine that earns attention every day and produces creative strong enough to power our other channels, including paid.

What You'll Own Creative strategy. You'll set the weekly content roadmap, research trends and competitors, keep a deep backlog of ideas, and constantly test new hooks, formats, editing styles, and storytelling approaches. Production. You'll script, shoot, edit (CapCut, Premiere, or whatever you prefer), and publish 10-20 short-form pieces a week across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. You'll repurpose existing footage and turn product launches, customer stories, founder moments, and trends into content people actually want to watch. Creators. You'll source and brief creators who fit the brand, manage their deliverables, request revisions when needed, and build a reliable network that consistently produces good work. Distribution. You'll own the publishing calendar, captions, titles, thumbnails, and posting cadence across every organic channel. Analytics and community. Each week you'll review what worked, what didn't, what we learned, and what to test next, and you'll flag the winners worth turning into paid ads. You'll also spend time in the comments: starting conversations, engaging with creators, and pulling content ideas from what customers are saying. You won't be handling support tickets.

What Success Looks Like Every week you'll: Ship 10-20 original pieces of content Keep multiple creator collaborations moving Run a weekly performance review: what won, what didn't, and why Build next week's production plan Test at least one new idea Deliver content strong enough to repurpose into paid advertising

The Person We're Looking For You probably: Spend a lot of time on TikTok and Instagram and notice why certain videos take off Have strong editing instincts and like experimenting with new formats Care more about storytelling than chasing algorithms Are highly organized and move quickly without letting quality slip Take ownership without needing constant direction You should be equally comfortable behind a camera, on camera, inside an editing timeline, or inside a strategy doc. Nice to have: experience growing a consumer or DTC brand organically, directing creators or making UGC yourself, photography or videography skills, turning organic content into paid creative, familiarity with TikTok, Meta, and YouTube analytics, and strong copywriting.

What You Get $96,000-$144,000 per year. $8K/month base plus up to $4K/month in performance bonuses, based on execution, creative quality, and business impact rather than follower counts or vanity metrics. Full ownership of the organic content function. One 30-minute review per week. The rest of your time is for making things. A direct line to the founder, with no layers of approval. The chance to build something from the ground up and point to it as yours.

How We Work We believe speed wins. You'll run organic content with a lot of independence. Once a week we'll do a roughly 30-minute review covering last week's performance, key learnings, upcoming content, the creator pipeline, experiments for the week, and anything you're blocked on. We work transparently in Slack and care much more about shipping great work than sitting in meetings. We're not hiring someone to manage social media. We're hiring someone to build a media company around our brand.

How to Apply The best way for us to get to know you is through your work, so that's what the application is built around. Email brandon@xsuit.com with this exact subject line, which keeps every application in one place so nothing gets missed: STOP SCROLLING: [Your Full Name] Please include these four things: Your work. Links to accounts or channels you've grown, with your role on each one. Results. Screenshots or screen recordings from the analytics dashboards showing views, growth, and engagement, so we can see the numbers behind the work. Your three best pieces. The three pieces of content you're most proud of, with a line or two on why each one worked. A video. 20-60 max seconds, you on camera (iphone is fine), shot and edited by you for this application. Tell us why this role excites you and pitch one piece of content you'd make for XSUIT in your first week. It doesn't need to be polished. We just want to see how you shoot, edit, and tell a story.

We ask for these because they show us the two things a resume can't: your work and your genuine interest in the role. If pulling them together doesn't feel worth the effort, that's okay. It probably just means this isn't the right fit at the moment. We focus our time and replies on applications that include everything above.

If it sounds like fun, we're looking forward to your video.

About xSuit

Retail Apparel and Fashion
11-50 employees

The suit hasn't changed much in a century. The people wearing it have.

xSuit was built for professionals who live in airports, back-to-backs, and early flights — and still need to look the part. Not a suit that survives the fitting room. One that survives the week.

We reimagined menswear from the inside out: starting at the fabric, the construction, the function. Machine-washable. Wrinkle-resistant. Built to move. Designed to look like nothing was compromised — because nothing was.

We're a bootstrapped, 8-figure brand. No outside capital. No retail markup. Direct to the customer, direct from the people who actually know how suits are made. Founded in Asia, worn by professionals across the globe.

The result: performance menswear that competes with heritage brands at two to three times the price — and wins on product.

xSuit isn't a fashion label chasing trends. It's a precision-built answer to a problem the industry ignored for too long.
