About the Role

We are looking to fill a permanent full‑time Industrial Sales Representative position for our Ville St‑Laurent location.

Reporting to the Sales Director, your role will include developing new clients and ensuring the retention and satisfaction of existing customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN INDUSTRIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Promote sales development

  • Respond to inquiries regarding products and services

  • Prepare information kits and other required support materials

  • Coordinate and conduct in‑person presentation meetings with prospects

  • Understand customer needs and prepare service proposals

  • Follow up on sales activities and objectives

  • Produce expense reports

  • Provide information to keep customer, prospect, and service proposal files up to date

  • Contribute to improving the sales development strategy

  • Maintain ongoing communication with all customers regarding product changes, pricing updates, and improvements

  • Stay up to date on new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending departmental training meetings

REQUIREMENTS

  • College diploma (DEC) and/or relevant experience

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken

  • Good knowledge of technological tools such as MS Office, Teams, and Zoom

  • This position requires travel
