As a Hard Rock Bar Porter, you will be assuming the role of tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician (at heart). RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest’s name when possible Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with Hard Rock policies. Ensures bar is set properly. Ensures all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards. Stocks assigned bar with product and supplies throughout the shift. Prepares all mixes and garnishes. Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift. Notify management of maintenance repair issues relating to the bar and service area. Complete any additional reasonable requests by management. Demonstrates impeccable product knowledge.
