We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will support PMO and project leads, by maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring dashboards and schedules are up to date. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys keeping both people and processes on track. · Experience in project coordination or administrative support roles · Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, Smartsheet etc) · Strong organizational and time management skills · Excellent written and verbal communication · Ability to work independently in a remote setting · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus · Support project leads in daily project activities · Maintain and update project documentation and schedules · Track tasks and deliverables against project plans · Ensure dashboards and reporting tools are accurate and current · Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes · Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
