Summary About the Role – F&B Outlets Greeter As a Greeter , you will be the first point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for a welcoming, luxurious, and personalized experience. This role is essential in delivering Forbes 5-Star service , where attention to detail, warm and genuine interactions, and intuitive service are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests as they arrive, using their name whenever possible

• Provide information about menus, promotions, and special offerings with genuine enthusiasm

• Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful assistance with directions or seating preferences

• Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times, with attention to grooming and body language

• Assist with answering phones and scheduling reservations or follow-up appointments

• Keep the entrance and host stand area tidy, organized, and inviting

• Communicate any guest concerns or issues promptly to the appropriate manager or security

• Uphold and incorporate Forbes 5-Star standards in all interactions, including:

• Personalized greetings

• Use of the guest’s name

• Professional tone and language

• Gracious closing remarks

• Genuine interest in guest comfort and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous fine dining or luxury level service knowledge and training.
• Minimum 2 year previous work experience in a world-class luxury brand in a similar capacity.
• Must have a flexible schedule, be highly motivated and quality driven
• Excellent communication skills
• Constant walking & standing
