Qualifications/Experience:
- Perform research in organometallic chemistry related to hydrogen storage
- Manage Lab inventory, SOPs and Waste, Clean glassware and contribute to lab upkeep.
- Perform preliminary computational calculations using DFT (training will be provided)
- Use instruments such as NMR, Mass Spec etc. to analyze reaction outcomes
- Maintain a lab notebook and record activities
and other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
Brandon University student preferred.
Must have taken 200 and 300-level undergraduate inorganic chemistry courses, with at least a B in both.
Must have preliminary experience in NMR spectroscopy and inorganic reaction mechanisms, organometallic complex syntheses and analyses.
