Position: Dental Receptionist (Full-Time) – No Evenings or Weekends

Position Overview:
Chilliwack Dental Centre is currently seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our established and professional dental team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in dental administration or a strong background in customer service. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Process billing, payments, and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and team members
- Support the smooth daily operation of the front desk and reception area
Qualifications:
- Experience in a dental or medical administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Tracker) is an asset
