A Day in the Life
In this role, you will support branch operations by:

Managing a variety of documentation requirements, including site-specific correspondence
-
Responding to internal and external inquiries professionally and efficiently
-
Performing site/project-specific accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, monthly reconciliations, month-end processes, and general accounting duties
-
Ensuring timesheets, payroll updates, and related issues are processed daily
-
Preparing shipping and courier documentation
-
Coordinating receipt and processing of submittals from subcontractors and vendors
-
Managing site office maintenance, equipment, supplies, and general organization
Experience & Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
-
Basic knowledge of general accounting principles
-
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-
Previous experience in construction or oil & gas preferred
-
Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
-
Ability to perform duties in a safety-conscious manner
