About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations based in Canada. This role sits at the core of the go-to-market engine, driving alignment, efficiency, and performance across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will be responsible for building the systems, processes, and insights that enable predictable and scalable revenue growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring a strong ability to translate complex data into clear operational direction. You will play a key role in optimizing the full revenue lifecycle, from lead generation to expansion and retention. A strong focus will be placed on CRM architecture, forecasting accuracy, and revenue analytics to support executive decision-making. You will also lead initiatives that modernize the revenue stack through automation and AI-driven solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role where your work directly shapes revenue performance and organizational scalability. \n

Accountabilities: Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine across marketing, sales, customer success, and expansion motions, ensuring alignment across the full funnel. Build and scale a hybrid product-led and sales-assisted growth model, ensuring seamless conversion across in-product and sales-led journeys. Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting to improve visibility, accuracy, and executive decision-making. Define KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks in partnership with GTM leadership to align execution with company objectives. Design and continuously improve scalable, repeatable revenue operations processes across the organization. Improve data integrity, reporting structures, and funnel visibility to enable faster and more reliable insights. Own CRM strategy and governance (including Salesforce), ensuring system optimization and adoption across teams. Manage and evolve the revenue technology stack, ensuring integration, scalability, and business impact. Identify and implement automation and AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and GTM productivity. Support strategic planning processes including annual planning, territory design, and capacity modeling. Analyze revenue performance trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Build and scale a high-performing Revenue Operations function as the organization grows. Requirements: 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles. Strong background in high-growth SaaS environments; fintech experience is a strong asset. Proven experience owning and optimizing modern revenue tech stacks and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Demonstrated ability to design and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and revenue reporting frameworks. Strong understanding of funnel metrics, pipeline dynamics, and revenue drivers across PLG and sales-led motions. Experience applying AI and automation to improve GTM performance, forecasting, or sales efficiency. Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools, SQL, or data platforms (preferred). Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders. Experience building or scaling RevOps functions in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; MBA or certifications are a plus. Strong systems thinking mindset combined with a bias for execution and operational impact.
