Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing (B2B) to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth across key customer segments and support our commercial priorities. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, ON.

In this role, you’ll translate market and customer insights into clear value propositions, integrated campaigns, and go-to-market strategies that strengthen market position and accelerate pipeline growth. You’ll also play a key role in supporting sales enablement efforts by ensuring marketing programs are aligned to customer engagement needs and commercial objectives.

Working closely with Sales, Business Development, and cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure marketing is tightly connected to business priorities, measurable in impact, and informed by market and competitive intelligence.

**What You’ll Do:**Drive Marketing Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with revenue and business goals.
  • Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into demand generation and pipeline growth strategies.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and external communications.
  • Shape go-to-market plans for new and existing services to strengthen positioning and differentiation.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to align marketing programs with customer engagement and sales enablement needs.
  • Develop POC materials, including partnership decks, customer engagement programs, and lifecycle strategies.
  • Own conference and event strategy, including planning, execution, and follow-up to generate leads and market insights.

Strengthen Collaboration & Commercial Impact:

  • Act as a key connector between Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Operations to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Support enterprise initiatives and cross-functional projects with marketing and communications expertise.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Translate performance data, market trends, and competitive activity into actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously refine strategies to improve effectiveness, growth outcomes, and customer impact.

Lead, Coach & Enable Teams:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Managers and Specialists, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance.
  • Support capability development to ensure teams stay current with evolving tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across Marketing, Sales, and broader commercial teams.
  • Support resource planning, prioritization, and continuous process improvement to enable efficient delivery.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or sales, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA an asset).
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth through marketing strategy.
  • Experience in sales enablement and supporting commercial strategy execution.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare professionals and/or consumer audiences is an asset.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations (healthcare/pharma experience an advantage).
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Power BI; Salesforce experience an asset.
  • Experience using GenAI tools for content development is an asset.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
Salary range: $112,565 - $143,520 CAD annually (commensurate with experience)
