We are currently recruiting an energetic, results-focused post-secondary student to join our City Operations team! This position offers an opportunity to gain experience and to learn about our Operations team, our Company and the transportation Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately distributing, receiving and updating information.
• Project work.
• Exposure to the various aspects of our Operations team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

• Post-secondary student in a Supply Chain. Management, or Business Administration degree, your record should reflect balanced achievement in academics and practical experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills; embraces the concept of both the internal and external customer.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and work effectively as a team player.
• Flexibility to meet changing work needs and demands.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented, high volume and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn complex programs.

Our current opportunity is a part-time position, with availability required on weekends. Weekday availability will be flexible depending on your school schedule. These positions often lead to full-time employment offers upon graduation.
