Twin Motors The Pas has an immediate opening for an experienced Shipper / Receiver to join our successful dealership. Summary:

The Shipper / Receiver role is responsible for receiving, processing, and organizing incoming automotive parts, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining efficient inventory management within the parts department. The position also includes delivering parts to wholesale customers and supporting overall Parts and Service customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive all parts from suppliers
  • Ensure all parts shipments are entered into the computer system accurately
  • Place incoming parts in their assigned locations within the parts department
  • Deliver parts to wholesale customers
  • Parts and Service customer satisfaction
  • Organize Inventory
  • Must have a driver's license and clean drivers abstract - MANDATORY
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
  • Customer relationship skills including listening and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Ability to follow set standard procedures
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, lift 50+ pounds
  • Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed
  • Ability to work independently and take self-initiative
  • Knowledge of automotive parts
  • Basic computer skills
  • Operating Skid steer/Forklift experience is an asset
