MDM Data Analyst
As an MDM Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the MDM team, responsible for developing and maintaining match strategies using data from various sources, including Credentialing and Human Resource systems.
Requirements
Conduct formal reviews of Business Requirements, Operations Guides, Reference Tables, and program artifacts on Teams/SharePoint Sites. Review the Outgoing Data Model, including views offered to MDM Consumers and associated data dictionaries, to familiarize yourself with the current state of the MDM Program. Utilize Teams Foundation Server (TFS) for managing development sprint work and drafting tasks for upcoming work. Support Master Data Work queues and ticketing for Business Data Stewards. Perform daily reviews of Provider Records Match Queues to validate proposed/excluded records. Provide support to business and technical team members as an experienced consultant in payor enrollment and medical staff credentialing data management. Assist in developing basic business requirements, including: Identifying tables and fields within systems. Communicating with business source owners using industry-accepted terms and conditions. Developing data definitions. Defining business item requirements for developers to transform, extract, validate, and test data from source systems. Apply Now
