As the Parts Journeyperson, you are responsible for all warehouse duties in a parts oriented environment as well as assisting with the parts ordering process and system What’s In It For You? - $32.53 - Overtime hours may be available - Industry leading Employer paid benefits - Employee Share Purchase Plan options - RRSP and Retirement Plan options - Boot Allowance - Employee Rewards – exclusive access to discounts and perks - CAT Dealer grade training Job Description: Parts Coordination related to customer equipment maintenance and repair, in both the shop and field Consistency in communicating estimated delivery dates to the service operations team Communicate shipping options and freight estimates to the Service Operations team Follow up on requests from the service team and remain accountable until the transaction is complete Delivery of parts to various locations as determined by the service supervisors and CSM Participate in parts related special projects and assignments Participate in call quality and performance initiatives as required Other functions may include but are not limited to: NEP sourcing of CAT and non-CAT parts Procurement of non-CAT parts Managing backordered parts Forklift operation Building hoses Qualifications: Journeyperson parts certification coupled with previous parts, warehouse and Caterpillar product knowledge A high performance, positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain respectful working relationships Clearly demonstrate enthusiasm about their work and must be able to function effectively and purposefully in a dynamic environment Computer literacy with applicable software knowledge along with shop parts experience Experience with SIS, AIMS, Antares, SIMSi, InfoCast, Landmark Smart Office, and the MS Office Package will be considered assets Important Details: This position is a permanent, full-time and based in Regina This is a Monday – Friday, 5x2 shift There will be an on call requirement This position may require travel Apprentices will be considered At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
