About the role
RHN CPA is looking for a positive, detail-oriented Tax Time Administrator for a 3-month tax time contract. This position provides key support by delivering reception and customer service, along with providing backup assistance to the administrative team.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Providing backup to reception including offering support for incoming phone calls
- Tracking, scanning client documents
- Collating personal tax documents and binders, both electronically and physically
- Printing and producing electronic and/or hardcopy packages for clients and governmental reporting bodies
- Archiving documents in the electronic document management system
- Finalizing and archiving completed files and documents
- Managing own workload and deadlines
What We Are Looking For
- Prior administrative experience within a professional environment is considered an asset
- A people person who can also work independently
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High adaptability to new software technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
