Put your expertise in the spotlight

The Building Attendant is responsible for carrying out work related to the general maintenance, layout, and improvement of buildings. They are actively involved in the field, personally performing minor repairs and hands-on tasks, including carpentry. They ensure the quality, safety, and functionality of spaces in collaboration with internal teams and external contractors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs throughout the buildings (adjustments, corrective work, component replacement, finishing).
  • Carry out hands-on and carpentry work (fabrication, modification, or repair of simple elements and fixtures).
  • Actively participate in space layout and redesign projects (offices, common areas, support rooms).
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed in the field.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team for planning and tracking requests and projects.
  • Participate in recurring follow-up meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules during hands-on interventions and field work.

Desired Profile

  • Experience in general building maintenance and layout.
  • Strong manual skills and experience in carpentry and minor repairs.
  • Sense of organization, autonomy, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work in both a management and execution capacity.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Comfort with IT tools and management software.
