Job Description Position : DDoS Mitigation Solutions QA Student
Number of Position(s) : 1
Duration : 4+ Months
Date : April 27th - August 28th, 2026.
Location: On-site
EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS Currently a candidate for a master’s degree, or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn As a part of our team, you will:
- Contribute as an integral member of the DDoS Mitigation Solutions team, working on building and improving technology for DDoS mitigations.
- Develop automated test cases to validate new DDoS mitigations using a Linux-based regression environment.
- Work closely with testers and developers to identify, report, and resolve software defects.
- Monitor, debug, and improve the automated regression coverage and testing tools.
Key Skills And Experience
- Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems.
- Knowledge of computer networking protocols (i.e., TCP/IP)
- Excellent software development skill set including programming/scripting (proficiency in Python), debugging, and usage of source control (i.e,. Git).
- A strong passion for quality, obsessive attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Quick learner, self-starter, and able to work independently.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Pytest experience
