Job Description:

Job Summary:

This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in ServiceNow to join our IT team. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives, optimizing business processes, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design and prototype solutions, and support the implementation and integration of ServiceNow modules. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, user experience, and enterprise-wide service delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business units to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
  • Create process flows, use cases, and system diagrams to support solution design.
  • Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and quality assurance.
  • Support testing efforts including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Assist in vendor selection, RFP development, and evaluation of ServiceNow-related tools and integrations.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Seven (7+) years of experience in business systems analysis, with at least three (3) years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and scripting.
  • Experience with SaaS/PaaS platforms and cloud-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in non-profit or mission-driven organizations is an asset.

Compensation:

The target hiring range for this position is $84,824.09 to $106,030.11 with a maximum of $127,236.13. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
