- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required when supporting marketing tasks

Position Summary
A Marketing Administrator will be responsible for organizing and distributing internal and external promotional programs and running various monthly reports for the sales team. The position may involve customer interactions regarding credits, billings, loyalty program cards, and program charges applied to customers’ accounts.
The Marketing Administrator will also be responsible for assisting in the planning, promotion and execution of company-wide events for our valued employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders (e.g. the Manager, Accounts Receivable Team, Marketing Team, other departments) to achieve efficient business operations

Track ACDelco rewards and apply credits to accounts for eligible customers
-
Manage the customer loyalty program (APC Select) by adding new “sign-ups”, creating yearly billing, and setting up new accounts
-
Assist with recording payments and billing customers for the annual Canusa all-inclusive destination trip
-
Apply earnbacks and payments on eligible customer trip accounts
-
Design earnback announcements and flyers to distribute to Sales Representatives and customers
-
Run, export, submit, and organize reports for the Accounts Payable department
-
Complete monthly adjustments for associate store fees
-
Run a report and manually bill or credit customers and associate stores as necessary
-
Provide Sales Representatives with invoices to be distributed to customers
-
Print the National accounts sales summary on a monthly and quarterly basis, document the report and send it to the appropriate contacts.

Create adjustment statements for associate stores on a monthly basis and mail to applicable store locations
-
Receive clothing orders from store employees, check available stock online and bill each store accordingly

Organize the annual Years of Service awards for employees, obtain a list of eligible employees, prepare a list of prizes to choose from and print certificates for all eligible employees

Conduct quarterly sales reports

Design, sort and distribute Canusa Christmas cards and gift cards for employees
- Actively participate in company functions and meetings to maintain strong teamwork
- All other tasks as assigned by the management team
Key Requirements and Experiences
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient computer skills (data entry, spreadsheet formatting and formulas, typing, Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic mathematical skills and understanding of basic units of measure
- Ability and willingness to improve, learn and adapt in accordance with new procedures, change and technology
- High level of professionalism
