What are your contributions to the team?

  • Prepare the budget for the Travel department.
  • Participate, coordinate and analyze the data in the RFP process for Hotels and Airlines contracts and ensure correct feed of data with our TMC.
  • Deploy a global strategy of the travel processes to countries not yet in scope.
  • Monitor / governance of our suppliers (GBT, etc).
  • Improve processes and communication about importance of non-delinquencies of corporate cards.
  • Deploy or find alternative solutions for countries not in scope with BOA.
  • Collaborate with IT for issues related to employee’s profile feeds.
  • Engage and obtain quarterly feedback from Executive Admin’s via quarterly meetings.
  • Update the Travel Policy on a yearly basis.
  • Resolve GAP’s raised by the CASRA Team.
  • Monitor of the Dashboard in Power BI to detect potential claim frauds.
  • Continuous improvement of processes.
  • Other related tasks.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in related fields.
  • You have advanced English and French both written and oral skills.
  • You have more than 8 years of relevant experience.
  • You have good planning skills and organizational skills
  • You have an ability to manage stress and work under tight deadlines
  • You have excellent analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving.
  • You have good interpersonal communication skills and are a team player.
  • You have some knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
  • You are a team player
