Position Title: Cardiac Administrator
Location: Prince George Family YMCA (2020 Massey Drive, Prince George)
Terms: Part-time, Temporary
Hours: 20 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: March 31, 2026 with potential to extend
Salary:$20.72 per hour
Reports To: Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Coordinator

Our state-of-the-art centres of community offer a range of health, fitness, and aquatics programs for individuals and families. The Prince George Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program is a multidisciplinary program for individuals managing cardiovascular or other chronic conditions who would benefit from supervised exercise sessions, as well as education about their illness.
Major Responsibilities**-in this position, you will:**
- Maintain related paperwork and record keeping
- Maintain qualifications as required by the position
- Work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in data entry systems, in spreadsheets and reports
- Maintain competency in using industry-specific software and administrative procedures
- Work as part of a team, in a busy environment
Qualifications**-you bring:**
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- At least 1 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
- Successful candidate will be required to provide 3 satisfactory references
- Successful candidates will be required to provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Record check with a Vulnerable sector search issued no later than six (6) months preceding the start date.
