Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in Co-op buildings. The ideal candidate will have prior janitorial or cleaning experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, and common areas according to established standards
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
• Follow garbage/recycling procedures
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cleaning standards and confidentialitySkills
• Prior cleaning experience is needed
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling techniques is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional attitude at all times
