Signalix Inc. is an Authorized Dealer of Freedom Mobile, and we are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Store Leader to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with telecommunication retail experience who enjoys sales, leadership, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store goals
• Coach and support team members to deliver strong customer experiences
• Provide professional and solution-focused customer service
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and inventory organization
• Process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
• Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Required: Previous telecommunication retail experience (Freedom Mobile, Rogers, Bell, Telus, or similar wireless retail environment)
• Experience in a retail leadership role such as Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Store Supervisor preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-focused with the ability to work toward targets in a retail environment
• Comfortable using POS systems and retail tools
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
