WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

  • 3-5 years’ experience working as a leader in a residential property management environment.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
  • A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
  • Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, see obstacles as opportunities and has ability to interact with different personalities in a professional manner.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn and grow within industry.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others in achieving exceptional customer service standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call as required to attend to emergencies.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? Community Managers are confident leaders who are committed to inspiring staff, while themselves providing exceptional service to residents. They have the ability to evaluate economic trends, profitability and marketing issues, while providing a heightened and customized residence experience. They are poise while working under pressure, handling varied emergency situations and troubleshooting operational challenges.
