Day Porter
We are seeking a reliable cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the condominium common areas at 20 The Driveway. The role involves daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the main entrance, hallways, elevators, and stairwells (vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting high-touch surfaces).
- Service washrooms, laundry room, gym, and garage vestibules, including sanitizing sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenishing supplies.
- Perform dusting and wiping of surfaces such as desks, window sills, doors, and equipment.
- Handle garbage and recycling areas, ensuring proper disposal and cleanliness.
- Conduct weekly deep cleaning (behind appliances, windows, baseboards, locker rooms, and bicycle room).
- Carry out monthly or as-needed tasks (gum removal, baseboards, special spot-cleaning).
- Use approved cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to follow schedules and checklists.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
