Levitt-Safety is seeking a top-performing, results-driven Sales Specialist to expand our footprint across Manitoba and Northern Ontario. If you're a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and driving growth, this is your chance to become a key player in Canada's leading safety solutions provider.

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll:

  • Drive an exceptional customer experience for both new and existing clients
  • Champion the full range of Levitt-Safety products and services to build long-term, full-service partnerships
  • Collaborate with inside sales, service specialists, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience from quoting to delivery
  • Create and present compelling proposals to stakeholders at all levels, showcasing value-added services and positioning Levitt-Safety as a preferred safety solutions provider
  • Independently manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and relationship-building to negotiation and closing - with both end users and distributors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through industry awareness, networking, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and account growth, ensuring a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Actively participate in industry events, customer functions, internal meetings, training sessions, and other activities that contribute to a vibrant sales culture
  • Conduct regular customer visits throughout the territory (reliable personal transportation required)
  • Represent Levitt-Safety as a brand ambassador with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence

  • An exceptional passion and drive for solution and relationship-based selling
  • 2-5 years of proven success in sales & business development, including use of a CRM such as Salesforce or equivalent
  • Experience with safety products and/or services is a strong asset, but not a requirement for the right candidate - we'll teach you!
  • Self-motivated with a high work drive and the ability to connect with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to deliver presentations & facilitate meetings
