How You’ll Make An Impact Communication and project management skills needed.
With your passion for collaboration and strategic mindset, you’ll provide professional advice and support to the Human Resources senior leadership team.
You’ll develop and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives, including managing program roadmaps, milestones and dependencies across multiple workstreams. As a trusted advisor and informal leader, you’ll help guide decision-making, support change initiatives, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to design solutions and ensure programs meet business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of FCC’s strategy in partnership with the senior leadership team, including coordinating strategic and change initiatives
- Review, summarize and recommend options for handling critical and high-priority items, using sound judgment and a strategic lens
- Deliver practical guidance to vice presidents and support them in preparing for presentations to the enterprise and Board committees
- Work with and support the divisional leadership team by providing analysis, advice and direction
- Build partner relationships to support divisional activities and engage in projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience
Required Qualifications What you’ll bring to the team
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or equivalent
- Minimum five years of Administration or HR experience
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data
- Demonstrated experience preparing executive‑level materials (such as briefing notes, presentations, or decision documents) and presenting recommendations to senior leaders
- Intermediate proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting an executive or vice-president’s office in a complex organization
- Experience contributing to or supporting enterprise or divisional strategy execution and change management initiatives
- Experience in project management
- Certified Professionals in Human Resources Designation (CHRP)
