EN TANT QUE COORDONNATEUR DES OPÉRATIONS COMMERCIALES, VOUS SEREZ CHARGES DE :

  • Qualifier les prospects entrants et les assigner au gestionnaire d'affaires approprié pour leur développement et leur clôture.
  • Suivre et identifier de nouvelles occasions d'affaires par le biais des principaux canaux de prospection (chat Web, formulaires de prospection, boîte de réception commerciale, appels téléphoniques).
  • Faire le suivi, filtrer et attribuer les prospects entrants aux représentants de différents secteurs.
  • Superviser le processus d'enregistrement des transactions et collaborer avec les équipes de vente directe et OEM afin d'assurer des cycles de vente optimisés.
  • Optimiser le suivi des prospects commerciaux et marketing en surveillant les tableaux de bord Salesforce pour différents secteurs, en collaboration avec les responsables du marketing.
  • Interagir et communiquer avec les prospects d'affaires et de marketing afin de s'assurer que les prospects entrants sont traités. Collaborer avec les responsables des ventes et du marketing pour créer, maintenir et optimiser les tableaux de bord d'analyse CRM, générer des rapports et suivre le rendement des flux de prospects.
  • Élaborer et gérer des tableaux de bord et des rapports pour suivre les indicateurs de vente clés, les tendances de rendement et les prévisions.
  • Développer des listes de prospection (CoStar) pour les générateurs de prospects et les représentants commerciaux afin de dynamiser leurs campagnes ou de cibler des zones géographiques.
  • Participer au développement et à la maintenance des bases de données marketing, des listes de clients et des listes de contacts pour des actions marketing ciblées telles que les sondages clients, les campagnes de courriel et autres campagnes ciblées.
  • Former et accompagner les équipes internes sur l'utilisation des plateformes CRM, les outils d'automatisation du marketing et les meilleures pratiques de gestion de bases de données.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec différentes équipes pour créer des listes de contacts ciblées basées sur la segmentation client, les données démographiques et comportementales recueillies dans les plateformes CRM.
  • Maintenir et optimiser les systèmes CRM (p. ex., Salesforce) et assurer l'intégrité et l'exactitude des données.
  • Soutenir l'équipe des ventes dans la gestion du pipeline et la planification territoriale. Identifier les inefficacités des processus et collaborer de manière transversale pour mettre en œuvre des solutions.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, financières et de réussite client afin d'harmoniser les objectifs et d'assurer un processus fluide, de la vente à la clôture.
  • Gérer le suivi des primes de vente et de la rémunération.
  • Divers rapports ponctuels.

Formation, Expérience Et Compétences Requises

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales (CEGEP) Au moins deux ans d'expérience en opérations de vente, en opérations commerciales ou en soutien aux ventes.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Solide maîtrise des systèmes CRM (p. ex., Salesforce).
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à transformer les données en informations exploitables.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et créatives.
  • Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et vous aimez contribuer à la réussite des autres. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, et vous êtes capable d'établir des relations et d'établir un climat de confiance avec les clients potentiels.
  • Gestion du temps et excellentes compétences en gestion du temps.
  • Autorisation de travailler au Canada sans parrainage.

Formation, Expérience Et Compétences Souhaitées

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, You Will

  • Qualify and assign inbound leads to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure.
  • Monitor and source new sales opportunities through key incoming lead channels (i.e., website chat, lead forms, sales inbox, phone calls)
  • Monitoring, filtering and assigning inbound leads to sales reps on different verticals.
  • Overseeing the deal registration process and collaborating with direct sales and OEM teams to ensure streamlined sales cycles.
  • Streamlining sales & marketing lead tracking by monitoring Salesforce dashboards across different verticals in collaboration with overall Marketing Leads.
  • Engaging and communicating with sales & marketing leads to ensure inbound leads are actioned on.
  • Work with Sales & Marketing leaders to create, maintain, and optimize CRM analytics dashboards, report and monitor lead influx performance.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, performance trends, and forecasting.
  • Develop cold call lists (CoStar) for lead generator and sales reps to boost campaigns or target geographic areas.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing databases, customer lists, and contact lists for targeted marketing efforts like customer surveys, email marketing campaigns and other targeted campaigns.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and database management best practices.
  • Work closely with various teams to build targeted outreach lists based on customer segmentation, demographics, and behavioral data captured within CRM platforms.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Support the sales team with pipeline management, territory planning.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to implement solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success to align goals and ensure seamless lead-to-close process
  • Manage sales incentive and compensation tracking
  • Various Adhoc reports

Required Education, Experience & Skills

  • CEGEP diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or sales support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Great organizational and creative thinking skills
  • You are a team player that thrives in helping others succeed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
  • Time-management with strong time management skills
  • Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
