Ce que vous apportez
- Expérience en développement des affaires et/ou en vente prospection téléphonique, étude de marché, capacité à gérer des relations d’affaires complexes avec jugement, professionnalisme et maturité.
- Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d’établir rapidement crédibilité et relations à tous les niveaux.
- Souci du détail et maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite.
Compétences et expérience requises
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires, un atout
- Permis de courtier immobilier commercial requis (ou en voie d'obtention)
- Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook)
- Expérience préalable avec les logiciels CRM
- Une expérience dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial ou dans un secteur connexe est un atout majeur.
- Une expérience préalable en évaluation immobilière est un atout majeur.
Ce que vous apprendrez
- Mener des activités de développement commercial en identifiant et en qualifiant les prospects et les contacts, en organisant des visites de propriétés pour les clients et les prospects
- Tenir des historiques de correspondance dans CRM +, notre base de données nationale
- Mener des recherches d’informations sur le marché grâce à une variété d’outils
- Exécuter et assister des transactions immobilières, y compris les contrats de courtage / commission, les baux, les offres et les contrats de vente.
- Mener des activités de développement des affaires identifier et qualifier des prospects, organiser des visites de propriétés pour les clients.
- Consigner les suivis et échanges dans CRM+, notre base de données nationale.
- Effectuer des recherches de marché à l’aide de divers outils.
- Participer à la préparation et à la réalisation de transactions immobilières contrats de courtage, baux, offres et actes de vente.

As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of senior professionals and be mentored directly by an industry professional.
What you bring
- Experience with business development and/or sales activities, such as cold-calling and market research, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex business relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and maturity
- Strong interpersonal skills – can build rapport and credibility quickly with people at all levels
- Must be detail-oriented; possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Bonus Skills And Experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset
- Commercial Real estate license is required (or close to completion)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Prior experience using CRM programs
- Experience in the Commercial real estate sector or a related industry is considered a strong asset.
- Prior experience performing property valuation is considered a strong asset
What you will be learning
- How to conduct business development activities by identifying and qualifying leads and contacts, lead on-site tours of properties for clients and prospects.
- Maintain records of correspondence within CRM+, our national database
- How to conduct market information research through a variety of tools
- How to execute and assist with deal transactions including listing/commission agreements, leases, offers and sales agreements.
