The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site.
We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team! Do you stand out for your approach to customer service, your ability to use technology, your resourcefulness, your proactiveness and your independence? Then this opportunity might be right for you! Your role will be to handle everything related to reception, and well as to carry out administrative, office and other tasks and processes to help your site meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives, in accordance with detailed guidelines. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Assist members and clients, be attentive to their needs and propose personalized solutions
- Carry out administrative tasks, including data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding
- Set up and clean up rooms
- Submit requests and follow up on real estate and technology needs
- Order supplies
- Scan and distribute mail

What you bring to the table
- Trade school diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Proficiency in Office 365 in a Windows environment
