- Own the integrated deployment plan and master activities, including workstream runbooks, dependencies, cutover activities, and readiness tracking for internal Client and external vendor teams Coordinate all pre-conversion activities and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution
- Coordinate all production product launch activities, including the pilot and customer rollout
- Manage environment collisions across Cortez/non-Cortez workstreams
- Oversee delivery of new product features being introduced on the target platform
- Drive deployment governance, risk management, and executive reporting through production implementation for the product launch and conversion workstreams.
