Instrumentation Technicians
Location: Innisfail, Alberta
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Overtime Available)

At Bilton, we manufacture custom energy equipment; from pressure vessels and line heaters to skid packages and process systems. Our products are built on performance, precision, and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Complete installation, tubing, and leak testing for instrumentation and control systems. This includes bending and installing tubing for instrumentation systems, ensuring accurate routings and secure connections between process equipment.
- Use hand and power tools to create precise bends while maintaining system integrity.
- Work hands-on with pneumatic, electronic, and digital devices that control pressure, flow, level, and temperature.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, and isometric tubing layouts to execute precise installations.
- Support troubleshooting of control systems on high-performance industrial projects.
Who We’re Looking For
- Enrollment in or completion of an Alberta AIT-recognized Instrumentation & Control Technician Apprenticeship Program.
- Experience or strong interest in industrial, fabrication, or energy systems.
- Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to think through complex problems.
- A team-first attitude and commitment to safety and quality.
