Job Summary
The Associate Registrar & Director of Enrolment Operations & Systems is responsible for the strategic direction and management of enrolment operations and systems at the University of Toronto Scarborough. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to enrolment management, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements, and enhancing the student experience through effective enrolment services.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the enrolment operations team in the delivery of high-quality services to prospective and current students.
- Develop and implement strategic enrolment management plans to meet institutional goals.
- Oversee the management of enrolment systems and technologies to support efficient operations.
- Collaborate with academic departments and other stakeholders to enhance the enrolment process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and institutional policies.
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enrolment management or a related area.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a post-secondary education environment.
- Knowledge of enrolment management systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
